He is a former Immigration Officer, having previously worked for the Department of Citizenship and Immigration Canada, and is a member in good standing with the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants. As a certified consultant, he is authorized to represent his clients in all immigration matters before the Department of Citizenship & Immigration Canada (CIC), the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), as well as the Immigration & Refugee Board (IRB). Mr. Blum has also recently been appointed to sit on the Education & Standards Committee of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants, whose role is to set the educational requirements of other members.
