Adam Blum is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant; a member in good standing with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC); a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC); and a Fellow .of the Canadian Migration Institute (CMI).
Mr. Blum is also a Former Immigration Officer, having previously worked for the Department of Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).
As a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), Mr. Blum is authorized to represent his clients in all immigration matters before the Department of Citizenship & Immigration Canada (CIC), the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), the Immigration & Refugee Board (IRB), as well as the Department of Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC). Mr. Blum has previously sat on both the Education & Standards Committee, as well as the Full Membership Examination Committee of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants, whose roles were to set the educational requirements of other members (education committee) and to write exam questions for new members seeking to become licensed consultants (exam committee).
