    Certain immigration programs require minimum levels of settlement funds. You may include the funds of your accompanying spouse or common-law partner. These funds must be transferable, available and unencumbered by debts or other obligations.

    All applicants are required to submit the results of an official English or French language test. It is strongly recommended that your spouse/partner (if applicable) also take an official English or French test in order to claim additional points.
